help you to think about changes you may want to make; giving you a safe and supportive
space to really have a look at what is going on to make you feel the way you do.
Counselling can be a difficult and sometimes painful process; a counsellor is there
to support you and help you manage any difficult thoughts, feelings or situations
– working very much together to find out what is best for you.
